Hi, I’m Irad Sancho, a Selling Manager under Megaworld Global-Estate Resorts Inc. I’ve been part of the Arden Botanical Estate journey since its beginning — and I’ve seen this vision grow from sketches on paper to a living, breathing township.
My Journey with Arden Botanical Estate I started my journey here in 2019 as an Assistant Sales Manager, invited by my then manager to help sell out this new township. Coming from a well-established developer (DMCI), I was immediately drawn to the concept, renders, and masterplan of Arden Botanical Estate — a community inspired by nature, wellness, and family living.
In those early days, Arden was just soil and drawings. But I believed in the vision. I handled the house and lot department, particularly The Lindgren Village, and over the years, I’ve witnessed its transformation — from the construction of the spine road, to the turnover of Arden Botanical Village, and now, the development of The Lindgren Phase 2, Arden Shophouse and Commercial District, and Arden West Park.
It has been a privilege to watch renders turn into reality.
  What I’ve Learned About Our Investors Through my 5 years at Arden, I’ve noticed something special about our homeowners and investors — they are deeply family-centric.
